It seems like I cant win. On Monday, I got 2 cortisone shots. One in the knee cap & one in the IT band. They are working great. Tonight at church, I was turning the corner, and my knee gave out. Im not sure if my knee/knee cap was turned out or not. Since then, my knee cap has really been hurting BAD. I have been icing, elevating it & resting it, but nothing is helping. Doctor wants me to wait until Monday. He wants to see what the knee will do. He said that we may have to repeat the cortisone shot in the knee cap :(
