"It was 20 years ago today" As my good friend Antares Russell Leask pointed out on her page...on this date in 1993 The Cadets won the DCI championship by 0.1 over Star of Indiana. Hard to believe it has been that long...I will never forget the innocence of that summer. Nor will I forget that turf field in Houston in 100+ degree heat every day for 6 days! That summer I was teaching the mellos (most of the time) the kids were great, and I also had sooo much fun with the staff. *In the Spring "When Kings Go Off To War" An epic show for the ages.*
