It was a Bareback day today at Mustang River Ranch! First it was senor Mongo while out on a walk down the trail with Marc Sheck and Amie Sheck during their lessons today. They were leading Raphael and Lexi and I took Mongo on a whim. He loves it out there! Half way around the lakes I decided to hop on bareback and see what would happen. Crossed bridges without a problem and I stayed vertical . I think Mongo has a future on the trail. Next on a whim after bringing in Paladin from turnout all day I worked him in the round pen and got up on the panel to work him up to the fence. He does everything I ask of him and so I sat on him bareback and rode around . Im still looking for the bad horse in him!
