It was a great feeling to elect the future leadership of the software and software services industry of Bangladesh, yesterday. Deep down in my heart, I strongly believe that, Bangladesh is a country of enormous potential despite corruption, extremely unpatriotic behavior of the political leaders, poverty, lack of infrastructure and many other negatives. Our real strength lies in our people. We often forget the rich history of the people of this delta who continuously struggled and prevailed for centuries against many odds. When Bengal fell in 1757, the entire India fell in the hands of British. Lets not forget the biggest failure of the Mighty Mughals were in the hands of Bengal. And let us not forget 1971 !! It is this undying spirit of the people of this country that makes us stand out in the Golbal Stage. I have seen that spirit of breaking the boundaries in #Team360. I am extremely confident that the new EC of #BASIS will demonstrate this Bengalee Spirit in next two years and continue to make us strive for excellence. I see no reason why we cant target to become the destination of technology innovation of the world. What we need is the right leadership. I am sure, the new EC of #BASIS and the nine extremely promising leaders will provide us with that leadership to make our industry and country breaking boundieris in the industry at a global space !! Congratulations Shameem Ahsan Bhai and #Team360 !! And best of luck for your upcoming journey to lead us to a glorious tomorrow !!
