It was so good to see my Dad in better health and spirits tonight. Although still very weak, he was joking around and being generally himself again. He has made such a great recovery thus far but still a long way to go. We are so proud of him for being as strong as he is. 😍😍 My gripes with some ICCU nursing staff however continue to grow. Tonight was by far the worst!! The b-face nurse on duty wanted to tell my sister and I that we should have arranged for someone to look after our children as she wouldnt have brought her grandkids in. Nice one to voice your personal opinion lady, pretty sure people dont go to ICCU because they have a bloody ingrown toenail! I shouldnt have to remind her that patients are there because it is a touch and go situation!! Its not like they were crawling or running around or whatever. They were held at all times. Sure thing lady, we will keep all of his family away from him when he desperately wants to see us all and help him in his recovery! Stupid old bat!
