It would seem that the only way to get #bestbuycanada to honour the offered one year warranty presented on their website at time of purchase is to have taken a screenshot. These guys are just wonderful to deal with. It is not as though they cant have IT check updates on their website to see changes and modifications to the details on a specific item.
