Its a beautiful day, and we hope that everyone has enjoyed their weekend! Although the adoptions were a little slow this weekend, we are still very excited about those that found their forever homes! This weekend six animals were either adopted or put on hold! Luna, a gorgeous and outgoing cat, was adopted by a family who has adopted from HSEC before! Not only did Luna get to go home with her wonderful new family today, but Cabernet, a small white kitten, was adopted with her! Cabernet reminded them of a cat they loved for years, and they couldnt leave without her! Two of the Flintstones puppies were adopted this weekend! Wilma and Barney both went to their forever homes, and their new owners were very happy to see how calm and laid back these young pups are! Thor, a young dog with a lot of energy and love, was adopted earlier this week! His new mom already adores him! Bear, a Golden Retriever mix, was put on hold just a few days after he came to HSEC! His new family has acres of land and a river for him to play in! Junes special is focused on cat adoptions. If you adopt a cat or kitten from HSEC during the month of June, youll receive a complimentary starter kit to help introduce your new feline friend into your life!
