Its always nice to get better than expected customer service after dealing with the usual poor service Ive come to expect from big companies. I just got off the phone with Vistaprint. We ordered a bunch of flyers, cards, banners etc for Ministry of Strength. While I dont expect stirling work from the budget guys, several of the items were very different in colour from the proof that I agreed to, and there were silverfish in the packing boxes. After a moment of hilarity when my Indian friend thought that I meant there were ACTUAL FISH in the packing boxes, he admitted that a reprint wouldnt help matters because sometimes their printers arent able to match the proof and ended up giving me a 50% refund, which was a lot more than what the items I was dissatisfied with were worth. 2 x Extra Large Banners 500 Business Cards - slight pixelation 500 Membership Cards - colour faded 1000 General Flyers - colour faded 100 Discount Post Cards 50 Gift Certificate Post Cards 3 Large window stickers Total spend for me after refund: $158.66. Cant complain too much about that.
