She was knowledgeable in every aspect of this process. For me it was a gift to stumble across Sierra Pacific Mortgage and especially Jessy. My mortgage was not easy at all, I started out with very low credit, but she stuck with me through thick and thin. Jessy worked with me to make sure I met all the guidelines, and all criteria to obtain a mortgage. I never thought this would be possible but with her kindness, helpfulness and consideration we are living in the house that we love. I contacted 6 (or more) other mortgage companies before I gave Sierra Pacific a call, no one else would even give me the time of day. I cant say enough good things. It wasnt easy, but with Jessy by my side and Sierra Pacific backing her, she made it bearable. She explained everything, helped me find the help that I needed, she explained everything again, and was just such a pleasure to work with. The whole Seirra Pacific team was AWESOME.
