Its amazing how watching a video of yourself changes everything! I took a couple videos of myself tonight to see what I was doing wrong, and unfortunately this was one of the better ones! My coaches and other members correct me over and over again. I hear them. I get what they are saying, but my body doesnt make the connection. After watching myself over and over again, it finally clicked. I pull way too early, I dont hit the pocket, and I dont open up all the way. Now I get it haha! So in a couple weeks I plan on posting a perfect snatch or close to perfect ;) Everyone should take videos of themselves when something isnt clicking, it really helps. #helpcleanmysnatch #getyourmindoutofthegutter #nlg #snatches
