Wednesdays Specials at Steelhead Brewery: DAILY SOUP AND CAESAR WRAP: $11.95 Charbroiled chicken tossed with romaine, asiago cheese, Caesar dressing and rolled in a flour tortilla, served with a cup of cream of corn soup. SPECIAL SALAD: SOUTHWEST CHICKEN $12.95 Tender breast of chicken grilled with Cajun seasonings, served atop mixed greens with roasted corn, peppers, onions, black beans, avocado and a lime cilantro vinaigrette.
