Its been 14 months since I started my healthy journey...lil by lil Im getting somewhere..the first pic I was wearing size 20/18 (2008). Ive been up and down but didnt really care about my health until a year ago.. ..now Im wearing a size 8...bought a pair of khakis size 7...whoa!! I was twelve years sober until I separated from ex husband 4 years ago and I fell off the wagon!! Now Im three years sober and I quit smoking January 1 ,2014.. I keep myself busy with my two children and work, and I cope with struggles and frustrations in life now by working out..I have a long way to go but it was training my mind to just do it that was the hardest.. I had a yucky 3.5 miles run this evening but I made sure I finished strong and a T25 workout after.. Im proud to be a Healthy Active Native...Thank you all for the motivation and inspiration :-)
