Its been a couple months since I posted an update on my SCI recovery. I continue to make steady progress. Thanks to everyone for your support, thoughts, and prayers. As expected with my Central Cord Syndrome, my legs are recovering faster than my arms. Ive progressed from using a walker to walking with minimal assistance from one PT as you can see in this video. My left arm recovery is ahead of my right, and I am now able to feed myself some meals. The right arm is starting to wake up. I continue to go to outpatient therapy 3 days a week and spend a lot of time at home working on rebuilding my muscle strength and control. Hard work but it is paying off. My family and friends have been tremendously supportive and I am thankful for this.
