Its been a little over 5 months this week that I started having some health issues. I have had a lot of people praying for me. I believe in the power of prayer and that God still heals. I did seek for the Doctors opinion and had many test and a procedure done that helped us in a decision to start a wellness program. Six weeks ago today Alyson started this journey with me. Dede joined us a few days after. I had an appointment today and Im thankful that so far we have really been successful. I have achieved loosing 26 pounds and 3 inches in my stomach. Its amazing how much better we all feel. Alyson and Dede have been very successful too. Thats their story to tell. Thankful for my sweet family and friends who have been so supportive. On with the next six weeks. EXCITED!!!
