Last weekend I had a beautiful wedding in Montreal - and it was a success in part thanks to Michael Kutchuk and his team at Nettoyeur Écologique Royal. A week before my wedding I brought my silk dress to a drycleaners in Boucherville to be steam ironed. To my horror this company (Chatel) damaged my dress, most likely by industrial style steam ironing rather than doing it by hand. Michael managed to fix most of the damage 2 days before the wedding and saved the day. I would recommend them to anyone ........and future brides, please think twice before sending your dress to just anyone- take pictures of your dress at the drycleaners before they send it away so that you have proof of what it looks like- Management at Chatel have refused all responsibility even though their employees at the store we went to told us what they thought happened and apologized.
