Quick poll guys, if I am selling two pieces of furniture for 50 bucks each, and someone comes by and gives me 50 bucks deposit and will pick up both items and give the other half tomorrow, after we reach this agreement and I delete the ads and the responses from other people saying they want them, this guy messages me and says now he only wants one of the items and doesnt want the other one, am I an arsehole if I send him a message saying stiff shit we had a deal and you paid a deposit? I have no intention of keeping his $50 but think once we had a deal and he paid a deposit he should not be able to alter the terms as to how he sees fit.
