Its day 21 of my 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge! This smoothie is for my friend Connie! I made this smoothie for her a while ago. Its DELICIOUS!! Its one of my favorite smoothies. I make the tea the night before and leave it in the refrigerator to cool. You dont have to, but then you dont have to wait for it to cool to make your smoothie. I would recommend adding frozen banana and fresh pineapple as the recipe calls for. I needed to use frozen pineapple as that is all I had on hand.
