Its just crazy and amazing the way things are all just falling, piece by piece, into place. I havent had any interest in this property for almost 9 months now and within the last 2 days now have 3 people chomping at the bit over it and one is flying from L.A. to look at it and has already stated that he wants it and has the cash in hand. I havent even found ( or really looked yet) another home to move to, or even decided WHERE to move yet. BUT, I know I want a warmer, drier area, but not in a desert. So much to do and so many decisions. Wheres my Tequila? (just kidding ---- DONT SHOOT! )
