Its my understanding that CBS TV banned a Real Estate TV commercial during a sports event. Why ? Because it featured a little girl reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag and CBS stated that it was ... too political. to air. Isnt that un-American ? Isnt that; an insult to our Nation ? Being licensed and sanctioned by the Federal Government ( THE FCC ) isnt that grounds for the FCC to negate their license to operate a broadcasting facility here in the USA ? Whats next, folks, banning broadcasts of the singing of our National Anthem at sports events because its too political . This action on the part of CBS Broadcasting is very dangerous in its implications. Just my thoughts on the subject.
