See the post after this also.......Everyday when I raise up from my bed , swing my legs over the bed and stand up on my own two feet is a testament to a Risen Savior! 3 years ago this time, that was far from my reality. My sciatic nerve was in a way and I could not walk! My steps were very labored as if I had 50 lb weights on my feet. Every step took every bit of strength that I had. I could not sit in a tub. I could not tie my shoes. I could not sleep in my bed. After months of physical therapy that I didnt respond well to, The Lord worked on me through one of His servants. Mrs. Jeanay Whye Lucas whom was not only practicing as a chiropractor in De at that time but was also a former high school classmate. She operated her practice and profession based on Christian principles and healing in her establishment. Within a few months of consistent visits with her I was walking again! I remember that day she saw me from the window and when I walked in she was like you are walking! When you lose function in any way and have to adjust to a new way to live and then He chooses to restore you back to your original state, you have been touched by The Lord! I shall never forget. The healing touch of Jesus. Came and saw about me in a broken physical state that was seriously working on my mental state. He showed me that if I didnt give up, He certainly wasnt going to give up on me and not only that but that He would restore me ! Amen
