Its the one and only Friday night pizza night! Same cheats dough different toppings. I say it every other week but this is hands down my favourite pizza so far. The base is crispy and delicious and the spinach pesto, crushed garlic and mushrooms mmmm oh it goes on... For the cheats dough 190g of self raising flour 1/2 a sachet of yeast 110 ml of water 1 tablespoon oil, A pinch of salt and sugar Roll out and place on lined baking tray. I covered the base in olive oil, crushed garlic, a sprinkle of salt, pep, coconut sugar and mashed cherry tomatoes from todays veg box. I topped it off with a few handfuls of sliced mushrooms, scallions, black olives, pumpkin seeds and the one and only Art of Zen Foods violife cheese. As an extra splurge I dressed it with sriracha sauce and my homemade spinach pesto. Mmm mmm mmm. Put it on your list of pizzas to make you wont be disappointed. Night everyone ❤️ Louise
