Its very different driving around the area where we live now. Soooo different. Sooooo much quieter, not so much hustle and bustle, significantly less women on the prowl, and SIDEWALKS!!! OMg I never knew how wide the sidewalks were! The other day I walked down Sukhumvit and didnt get bumped into once, probably because there was soooo much room to walk! Its also much dimmer since there are no lights flashing from all the illegal booze VW campers....because they are gone! Kinda like it. Bangkok is suppose to be a party city, but I like not having to walk around the people sitting at tables in the gutters and almost getting hit by a taxi, or seeing someone whom is up to noooooo good. Well see. ;)
