Ive been asked to share the following information and I can attest through personal experience that a group like this can be to each individual exactly what they need. After the events of the past several days I do plan to attend . A community wide GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP will be offered to anyone ages 14 and up beginning next Thursday, July 10, 2014. First United Methodist Church (520 N. Main, Canadian) 7:00pm - 8:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. The group will continue to meet on Thursdays at the same time and location through the month of July, and will be facilitated by Anna Needham. The purpose of this group will be to offer support to one another through remembering, affirming, and encouraging a healthy grieving process.
