Ive been in the piping end of construction (plants, fabrication, pipeline) for over 15 years now. Most of that time i was welding a few times and as of present i have been on the supervision end. Now that being said Im sure most people feel the same way i do. I always treat the guys working for me as equals, i will fall in and help out where i can but I cant do all the things they can without them nothing will be accomplished! I dont understand these supervisors who believe in scaring and threatening people to do work, I can promise they will lay down on you! I guess this should apply in all areas of life , treat people with respect the way you want to be treated.. They will be happy to go above and beyond for you its that simple..
