Ive been operating KLR Management Group for about 5 years now and one thing consistently goes down. I get contacted by a potential client who is interested in management or my services with specific projects. We set up something to meet and over the course of the meeting they reveal that they are currently working with an individual or an organization in a management capacity. When this happens, I ask why they did not mention this beforehand to me. Its usually some excuse. Heres what that tells me though. You are willing to stab someone you are presently working with in the back in order to get ahead. And that you intend to bring that bloody knife into a business relationship with me. My response to this always remains the same. Tell the person or people that you are currently working with and obligated to, that you met with me, or I will tell them myself. These are Christian folks mind you. That is unethical. No room at the inn with me for that. So think on that before you decide to sneak behind someones back. Carry on.
