Ive been quiet of late, lot of personal stuff going on - usual life crap - but Im still firmly on plan! The end of this week will mark the half way point, Ill know tomorrow what the weight loss for this week is, and add it into the total up to last Friday which was 14.8lb at that point - 14.8lb of easy weight loss, targetted to BODY FAT loss, and eating tasty no hassle grub out of cans lol! Who would have thought. But Id like the same again off by the end of the diet... fact is last 3+ weeks I have been lazy as hell with exercise - still doing my 3x moderate weight sessions weekly, but you are lucky if I have got out for a walk any more than 2 or 3 days per week. Dont get me wrong, Im still more active than I was with other things - just not sticking to the plan properly. So I have LOADS of things I can still do to keep the fat loss going :) Anyway, here are the pics - actually from Monday there - compared to week 1 (Ill maybe take a couple into side by sides) I think the difference is just now at that point where it is starting to become apparent visually. Starting to feel the benefits too!
