Ive been reading a lot of post concerning the black male not knowing who they are and how they grew up or are growing up without knowledge of self , and I have to say if this was 50 or 60 years ago I could accept that conclusion but something tells me its a lot deeper than them not knowing themselves. Their is just too much information about self and kind to not know too much access even if your not in school . The Internet , Facebook, and books in general that anyone has access to . Now granted I do recognize that their are those who supposed to have knowledge of self and still do nothing with it . I believe we just dont know how to think despite the fact that we have more of us with education and cultural and spiritual knowledge today more so then any other time in African American history and we still dont see no change in ourselves and our condition despite our money , status , or degree of knowledge. This tells me we have not corrected the condition of self ( inward self) so its impossible to change the outer condition. We are to busy trying to impress people with our new founded knowledge or trying to persuade everyone to ones own way of thinking for fame and profit and still no progress as a people. Then you have those who just want to blame white people for everything wrong that we go through. If the white peoples were to disappear from the face of the earth we still would fight one another . Case in point the creation of Adam was before the power of white people and for some they teach that white people was not in existence, so naturally then Adam was black and Adam sons were black still no white people so if Cain was black and he killed his brother Able who was black would that be considered black on black crime, also this show the analogy that just because things if they were all black that things would all good for black people is a falsehood for Cain killing Able was about the nature of man and if you believe the Blackman was the first original man then lets say the nature of the Blackman was about envy and jealousy that led to hate then murder . So case in point black unity would not eliminate envy or jealousy or hate or murder only right knowledge of God and man bowing down to that truth.
