Ive been remiss in sharing anything but pizza here, seeing as how Im in Colombia, a country rich with delicious food culture. Today, I enjoyed a treat, prepared by a very talented, dedicated local chef, teacher, and newest Food Eater. Marcela Jaramillo Garcia made Chiles en Nogada Vegetarianos for lunch today at her family farm. Roasted peppers, stuffed with sauteed fruit and spices, served with creamy sauce, rice, platano, and queso. iQue Rico!
