Ive been so busy the last few weeks with the crazy season at Pronto Italian Restaurant & Bar that I havent had much chance to do any posts, so for the weekend a visit to my favourite foodspiration store Organic Emporium - Natural and Whole Food was needed. What could be simpler and tastier than simple pan fried porcini mushrooms on a creamy bed of egg and topped with gooey silky organic Camembert from La Petite Francais in the Natal Midlands! Simple perfection! To pan fry the mushrooms heat some olive oil, butter and chili before adding the sliced mushrooms and allowing them to brown before seasoning them with salt, pepper and fresh parsley!
