Ive been so stressed for the past 6 months, my muscles are in a constant state of tension that matches my minds constant state of worry. Its gotten so bad I cant eat or drink anything without almost choking or actually choking. Consequently, Im so afraid to eat and drink that Im down to one meal a day most days. This lack of eating is only made tolerable by the fact that I barely have an appetite. Does anyone have any suggestions besides, cut that shit out?
