Ive been taught a valuable lesson. Dont try to out prank Dave Jane. I think this guy might be from Chicago instead of England. Heres an email I received after I may or may not have booed him in a recent parade. Hello Gentlemen: Connect recently suffered a major setback. During the Homecoming Parade, some hooligan pastors from [redacted] (we are still looking through surveillance footage to try and confirm that’s where they were actually from) heckled the Connect crowd as they passed. As a result visitors have stopped coming, attendance has dropped, and the remaining families have spiraled into spiritual and moral decline. We have decided the solution is to embark upon an aggressive advertising campaign. Our initial thought was to blitz the airwaves with TV commercials. This turned out to be quite cost prohibitive, so we turned instead to the internet. In our research we came across a place where we can advertise for FREE, LIVE, 24/7. We were obviously very excited about this opportunity. Attached is the pilot of what we plan on turning into a HUGE Marketing Campaign. I am currently recruiting members of Connect to take turns in helping insure we have a presence here 24/7 (we may need your help with some lighting) Hopefully we can claw our way back from the great harm that was done to us during the Homecoming Parade.
