Ive been where a lot of people are today lack of confidence and self esteem, not happy in my own body and putting on a brave face to everyone to make me look the happiest person but deep down I knew I wasnt. But I took the challenge and put my best foot forward and my confidence and self esteem is truly on the way up. I never wanted to walk into a weight loss group for fear of being judged.
