Ive come to a decision over the last few days, regarding work and conventions/travelling. Its been a difficult one to make, but I have to prioritise if Im ever going to get anywhere. After four years of living in my house, I have finally got most of a kitchen. I still have another bathroom and another floor and garden to finish. Its taken so long to do because Ive been travelling like crazy and spending a small fortune working the conventions. Im also driving a car that I hate (which needs £100s spending on it!) because I simply cant afford to do anything about it. I feel like Ive learned loads travelling, but being away from my family and coming home to an unfinished house, has finally become too much. So, to other thing I regret... My daughter is 8 years old and Ive never taken her abroad. Coming home with a gift from wherever Ive been without her is slowly beginning to break my heart. The only show Ill be working this year is Tattoo Tea Party in Manchester (not Manchester International, as people seem to think, as theyve used a photograph with me in it!). 2015 is the year that work will be done in the studio, and travelling will be done with my family. See you all next year (maybe!)
