Ive found these simple exercises are great for tightening & firming up that hip area! I try and aim to do up to 100 or more reps at a time, doing as many as possible on each leg till failure, ensuring results. Using a resistance band or even ankle weights is another amazing way to progress the exercise. Remember it has to be a challenge for change to take place. I usually perform hip exercises 3 times a week and the consistancy is sure paying off. Results dont happen over night but they will happen for sure if you keep putting the effort in. Defy YOUR Impossible!
