Ive had my BT Broadband I guess for over a year now it was a replacement for Orange the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life they had me wanting to blow my brains out, I know like my old dad always says Blow your brains out our knobhead... you would have to be a very fine shot to do that Anyway to the point, been with BT broadband 12 months or so and today was the first fault I had come across, no broadband. Now with everything being paperless and no internet, things looked like they were going to be tricky I needed account numbers and the like but I used my mobile as a hotspot accessed my account found the right department spoke to them via a chat system 1 hour later problem solved all working again, brilliant!... All fine if you know how to turn your phone into a hotspot etc, I think they need something for people who arent exactly up to speed with computors, It would be almost impossible for them to deal with I was just lucky I knew a way around it. They can profile people for specific advertisements so they could, if they wanted profile their customers to know who needs a bit of help who doesnt. I know my dad struggles with all this stuff and trust me he isnt stupid far from it just a different generation were all of the things we have today are the stuff of science fiction! Ive rambled on there havent I and most likely made no sense at all!
