Ive had some requests to post some training stuff, so in honor of humpday, try this booty workout my BFF and I did last night Booty workout: 4 sets: 12-15 Kick backs on smith machine SS 15 goblet squats 4 sets: 12-15 wide stance leg press SS 40 walking lunges 4sets: 12-15 BB dead lifts 15 each leg: Romanian split squat off the bench 4 sets 12-15: abductor machine 4 sets: 12-15 seated hamstring curls End with protein shake and DQ blizzards....
