Ive never seen Mommas treated like Ive seen lately...and its not just young folks. Her name is Momma, Mother, Mommy, Ma, etc...not Bank, Credit Union or Bails bondsmen...You have her name tattooed on your body but what comes out of your mouth while talking to her is so toxic- its worst than cancer. You may or may not be cussing her out but your attitude, cutting her off as though you have something to do - is evident you dont truly value her. Borrowing her money as though her earnings are yours knowing good and well you have NO intentions on paying her back. When your phone rings you let it go to voice mail and later say that you don’t have any missed calls. When you get sick or feel down it seems as though she can feel your pain and calls you right on time-just the sound of her voice soothes your soul. However, She can be sick and now recovering and you just happened to call...smh. You speak highly of her when in trouble, out of her presence and when you need something. You say that youre her child but you act like a thief ....yes...a thief ...stealing her senior years by dropping kids & grand kids off for days but never asking if it was ok ... stealing her health as she walks the floor praying & worrying about your behind. She needs that same love you so profess behind bars - everyday. When was the last time you took time out to sit and listen to whats on her heart, give her break from cooking or blessed her with a day of pampering? Holidays & Mothers Day is fine but shes your Momma everyday of the week...so act like it.
