NASKO SIGNS WORKING DOCUMENT, NAMES IT MY PACT WITH NIGERLITES, THE NASKO MANIFESTO Barely few days to the flag off of his gubernatorial campaign, the PDP governorship standard bearer in Niger state, Alhaji Umar Mohammed Nasko has singed and released to the public a working document that will guide his administration when his government come into place in May 2015. The document is an offshoot of the the vision 3:2020 which in its self is derived from the PDP manifesto. The document prides its self as vision 3:2020 plus. Alhaji Umar Mohammed Nasko while signing the document said this is a pact that, I am, on my own volition entering into with Nigerlites and I believe with God on our side we will win and deliver on the items so contained therein. I am appending my signature on this document which I have name tagged My pact with Nigerlites, the Nasko manifesto as a guiding light towards consolidating on the vision 3:2020 which I call 3:2020plus, and with your support and the will of Allah we will win and deliver he added. The document is divided into parts with the cover page beautifully designed and embossed with a clean clear picture of Alhaji Umar Nasko, while the second part contains reason(s) that inspired the pact, the third part contains introduction to the pact and philosophy of government, the fourth part contains sectoral specification and strategy for achieving the 3:2020 plus, while the concluding part inspire Nigerlites to join hand with him to achieve the content of the pact, and at the bottom strip he signed the document to authenticate and serve his bond with the people of the state. Meanwhile all arrangements have been concluded for the take off of the gubernatorial campaign, with all the committees set up putting final touches to the necessary arrangements for the official flag off after the candidate receives the flag, in Lagos tomorrow, Thursday 8, January 2015.
