Ive shared this with some of you before, but Im offering one final opportunity this year. I need partners as we head into the New Year - there are so many people needing help with their health and fitness goals, so theres no better time! What my day looked like only a couple of short yrs ago: I awoke at 4:12 AM, got my workout in, showered at the office, worked as a lawyer from 6 AM until sometimes 2 or 3 the following AMs. I also worked 10-12 hours/day many weekends. Most weekends, in fact. I ate a salad at my desk every day, working through lunch. I ate dinner at my desk - I always packed food b/c I knew I wouldnt be leaving my desk for that meal either. This was about 9 months out of the year, before/during/after a big trial. I rarely saw friends with whom I didnt work. I didnt have time to talk on the phone to my out-of-state boyfriend, who then became my husband (we even lived apart for a few months after marriage in the midst of my crazy schedule). My parents never heard from me. I spent my honeymoon working. Even the day after my wedding. Dont get me wrong - there were things about my life in DC that I LOVED. I loved the people, my co-workers, I even loved the work sometimes. But somewhere along the way, after months on end of nothing but litigation, I lost my purpose and passion. I felt no gratification. Why was I spending all this time? Did it even matter? How my day goes now, 2 years later: I still wake up early (I am that annoying morning person after all:)), throw on workout clothes, I work out b/c thats when I have the MOST energy in my day, I jump on the computer to see how my new friends are doing with their fitness programs, talk with my coaches and share inspiration, I read my Bible and/or personal development books, I make breakfast for my husband and son, spend time with the two most important people to me, say goodbye to the hubs, and then I spend the day with my son. Present. We go to the park, to the zoo, to the aquarium, to the Little Gym, to see the trains at Northpark - wherever we feel like going. We read, we play, we laugh. A lot. My husband returns home from work, we have dinner together as a family, and my son goes to bed. Then I jump on calls with my team or people Im helping on their respective fitness journeys. I reach out to encourage someone who needs help. Then I spend time with my husband. DREAM LIFE. DREAM JOB. And its possible for anyone. Your day doesnt have to be designed this way, but here is the thing...YOU GET TO CHOOSE WHAT YOU DO AND WHEN YOU DO IT. Its called life by DESIGN, and you are the designer. Oh, and Ive matched my 6-figure attorney salary doing it my way. Im hosting an online 5-Day Sneak Peek into coaching that starts Monday. Youll meet the most amazing team in all of Beachbody, comprised of Godly men and women, youll see what it is to be a coach, and youll have the opportunity to ask any questions you have, so you can decide it its a good fit for you. No cost or obligation. If youre tired of missing your kids events or having to ask off when your kiddos are sick, this may be for you. If you have a passion for helping others find freedom through fitness, this may be for you. If you want accountability on your own fitness journey, this may be for you. You dont have to be at your goal weight - you just have to want to improve every day. Message me if you want in, if this could be your something more!
