I’m disturbed by recent reports suggesting that several VA facilities have attempted to cover up treatment delays, which may have resulted in deaths. Taking care of our veterans once they return home should be one of our top priorities, and I support a thorough investigation to find out what caused this tragedy, who is responsible, and how we can prevent this from happening again. Once the investigation is complete and we have a clear understanding of the facts, those responsible must be held accountable for their actions.
