I’m in need of a recipe for chicken soup. I’ve tried a few from the cooks and such sites but none yet that has tickled my taste buds. I boil down the chicken fingers I remove to make grilled wings during the summer. I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 dozen fingers for boiling. It makes a good stock but like I said, I’ve yet to find seasoning to taste. I’ve tried pasta and I’ve done dumplings. I’m looking for that one particular (or many) ingredient(s) that do just the right thing. It gets frozen for future use on those winter days when a bowl of chicken soup is just the right thing.
