I’m not embarrassed to say that I am a BIG fan of The Voice. Yeah, shuddup. Tonight, on said The Voice, a singer named Danica Shirey performed Joni Mitchell’s song, HELP ME, from her iconic album, COURT AND SPARK (back on that song by Tom Scotts LA Express). I would never have imagined any other singer being able to carry that song. Shirey hit it out of the park. That song made me cry in 1974, and it still does.
