Accounting Supervisor / Manager JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Liaison and Documentation Officer Job Scope, Duties and Responsibilities • Work as a company representative with government agencies such as BIR, Securities and Exchange Commission, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Local Government, etc. • Ensures complete documentation and requirements based on the government agency • Ensures the smooth transaction of each government transaction • Coordinates with co-workers and staffs supervised in every project and tasks • Handles payment and other government fees properly • Submits the necessary documents properly • Troubleshoots and settles problems with regards to government requirement • Maintains the documents related Qualifications • Honest and Hard-working person • Knowledgeable in government processes e.g. the how to’s (how to file GIS, how to pay taxes etc..) • With at least experience in the said duties • College graduate (preferable business course, but not required) • Undergraduate or even high school graduates are welcome to apply, as long as adept in processing these government transactions • Able to be engaged in field work as well as administrative work OFFICE CLERK / RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ASSISTANT Job Scope and Skills 1.
