JUDICIAL COMMISSION OF INQUIRY FOR THE INVESTIGATION OF THE DISTURBANCES IN THE IBABU AND ISELEGU COMMUNITIES IN THE NDOKWA WEST AND EAST LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF DELTA STATE IN JUNE, 2014 I wish to inform the general public particularly the people of Ndokwa West and East Local Government Areas of Delta State that His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has graciously approved the constitution of a Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the disturbances in the Ibabu and Iselegu Communities in June, 2014. 2. The Judicial Commission of Inquiry which has thirty days to submit its report has Honourable Justice [Mrs.] B.I. Molokwu [Rtd] as Chairman, Mr. Enie Otrofanowei, Member and Dn. [Surv.] D.O. Akpoghene, member. 3. His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan will on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 2.00pm inaugurate the Judicial Commission of Inquiry at EXCO Chambers, New Government House, Asaba.
