JUST GO TO THE GYM MORE! Have you ever heard that from people? Yes, there is truth to the fact that more working out will help BUT: 1) It takes a lot of time 2) There are other things that you can do to help you reach your goal way faster. Heres the ultimate story to prove what I mean: Did you know that 90% of how you look happens based on little things you do outside of the gym? Daniel Cormier, one of our clients, is a prime example. He is a 2x Olympian and is now set to fight for the UFC world title in January. He was 5 10 and 255 lbs when we first met. His goal was to drop to a lower weight division ( 205 pounds ) so he wouldnt have to compete against his best friend, Cain Valasquez, who is the current Heavyweight Champ.
