James 5:19-20 My brothers and sisters, if anyone among you wanders from the truth and someone turns him back, he should know that the one who turns a sinner back from his wandering path will save that person’s soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins. God did not give up on us, and in Christ Jesus continues His offer of mercy to all people. Our God who loves us is showing that He loves us through His Son. Perhaps it is your co-worker, good friend, child, or spouse who finds themselves "wandering from the truth". As their brother or sister in Christ, extend to them the same loving mercy and desire for fellowship that God extended to you through Jesus. Your decision to not give up on them could be the anchor that God uses to bring them back to His flock. Be the shepherd that is willing to go after the one stray sheep.
