Jan 08, 2015 Presentation of the Draft Plan/Conceptual Framework for the VINTAR ADVENTURE: Umok Ni Siwawer Nature Park to municipal government department heads and concerned national govt agencies for brainstorming and critiqueing at the Vintar Dam: PHASE 1( In a nutshell): The Mun Govt of Vintar shall provide for the facilities, equipments, including requisite trained manpower complement for adventure sports and recreational services at the Umok. It shall likewise put up a souvenir shop/information center in replacement of the old former dancing pavilion. Private sector capital shall be encouraged to complement government resources in providing other tourism support services such as food, homestays and other sports and recreational equipments appropriate in the area. The respective bgy councils of Bgys#10 Parparoroc and # 16 Salsalamagui to include Sanjera Taguiporo shall take care of constructing additional cottages, bamboo rafts, floating picnic huts, fish cages, ramas, organic vegetable farming and other agri- eco- tourism concerns. Income derived from such activities shall accrue to the people and the barangays.
