Jeep fans : Please help me , I am working on a 94jeep wrangler that has some sort of red rubber ,adjustable knob under the dash to the left of the steering wheel . if you twist it one way it will screw in then you can pull it out again if you push the red knob, or if its screwed out you can just pop it in buy pushing in the whole button . It has a large cable running out under the hood and over to the front differential . It appears to be a posi lock to do away with the old vacuum type?? WHAT IS IT AND HOW IS IT SUPPOSED TO BE USED TO GET INTO 4X4?? Jim Maguire maybe ?? thanks for any help here trying to fix 4x4
