Jeff Simon writes, The Grand Budapest Hotel is a great film, but not for everyone.....I know immediately that it was for me and my friends, Jeff and Olie loved it! I finality got to see it last evening at Alehouse Cinema, staring Ralph Finnes of The English Patient, Schindlers List...and one of my all time favorites F. Murray Abraham of Amadeus and The Mighty Aphrodite. What is so great about this film is that some of the biggest names have the smallest parts, the sign of real actors, including Bill Murray, Jude Law, Willem Defoe, Edward Norton, Harvey Keitel and Tom Wilkinson....the only hint of Hungarian is the great Jeff Goldblum as Kovacs. I liked it so much I am going to buy it to see again and again!
