Jeremiah 9:23-24. Thus says the LORD: Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, Let not the mighty man glory in his might, Nor let the rich man glory in his riches; {24} But let him who glories glory in this, That he understands and knows Me, That I am the LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight,says the LORD. To God be the Glory, for only He is worthy. No matter what we think we have, what titles we wear, our academic status, how well we dress....no matter what our status or positioning in life may be....know that it is nothing we have done that brought these things about. It is only by Gods grace that we are exactly where we are right now. He blessed us and allowed us to be who and what we are. Oh but remember, just as we have now, in the next moment it can be gone. Dont fall in love with the tangibles, but instead, love God above all else. Hes worthy! Blessings to all.
